【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesasetofrepresentationalprimitivesandsemanticrelationsrequiredforanunambiguousrepresentationofexplicittime-relatedexpressionsinhealthinformatics.Thisdocumentdoesnotintroduceorforceaspecificontologyoftime,nordoesitforcetheuseofafixedrepresentationschemeforsuchanontology.Ratherthisdocumentprovidesasetofprinciplesforsyntacticandsemanticrepresentationthatallowthecomparabilityofspecificontologiesontime,andtheexchangeoftime-relatedinformationthatisexpressedexplicitly.Thisdocumentisapplicableto:1)developersofmedicalinformationsystemsinwhichtheneedisfelttohaveexplicittime-relatedconceptsforinternalorganization(e.g.temporaldatabases,temporalreasoningsystems);2)informationmodellersorknowledgeengineersbuildingmodelsforthesystemsmentionedin(1);3)expertsinvolvedinthedevelopmentofsemanticstandardsonprecisesubdomainsinhealthcarewheretime-relatedinformationneedtobecovered,(e.g.inthestudyofPathochronology,i.e.thedisciplinedealingwiththetimecourseofspecificdiseases);4)developersofinterchangeformatsformessagesinwhichtime-relatedinformationisembedded.Thisdocumentisnotintendedtobeuseddirectlyfor:1)representingwhatistrueintime;2)reasoningabouttime;3)representationofmetrologicaltime(whichiscoveredinotherstandards).
