【摘要】:StandardsofEN50083seriesdealwithcablenetworksfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservicesincludingequipment,systemsandinstallations:?forheadendreception,processinganddistributionoftelevisionandsoundsignalsandtheirassociateddatasignals;and?forprocessing,interfacingandtransmittingallkindsofsignalsforinteractiveservicesusingallapplicabletransmissionmedia.Allkindsofnetworkslike:?CATV-networks;?MATV-networksandSMATV-networks;?Individualreceivingnetworks;andallkindsofequipment,systemsandinstallationsinstalledinsuchnetworks,arewithinthisscope.Theextentofthisstandardizationworkisfromtheantennas,specialsignalsourceinputstotheheadendorotherinterfacepointstothenetworkuptothesystemoutletortheterminalinput,wherenosystemoutletexists.Thestandardizationofanyuserterminals(i.e.tuners,receivers,decoders,multimediaterminalsetc.)aswellasofanycoaxialandopticalcablesandaccessoriesthereforeisexcluded.1.2SpecificscopeofthisPart7Thisstandardisapplicabletoanycablenetworkhavingacoaxialcableoutputandprimarilyintendedfortelevisionandsoundsignalsoperatingbetweenabout30MHzand2150MHz.Thisstandardlaysdownthebasicmethodsofmeasurementoftheoperationalcharacteristicsofcablenetworkshavingcoaxialcableoutputsinordertoassesstheperformanceofthosenetworksandtheirperformancelimits.Allrequirementsrefertotheperformancelimitswhichshallbeobtainedbetweentheinput(s)totheheadendorheadendsandanysystemoutletwhenterminatedinaresistanceequaltothenominalloadimpedanceofthesystem,unlessotherwisespecified.Wheresystemoutletsarenotused,theaboveappliesatthesubscriber’sendofthesubscriber’sfeeder.NOTE1Methodsofmeasurementdescribedinthisstandardareconsideredasbasic.However,anyequivalentmethodthatensuresatleastthesameaccuracymaybeused.NOTE2Ifthesystemoperatorwishestosubdividethesystemintoanumberofparts,theaccumulationofdegradationsshouldnotexceedthefiguresgivenbelow.NOTE3Anextensionofthefrequencyrangetothatfrom5MHzto3000MHzwillbeconsideredforfuturework.NOTE4SystemperformancerequirementsofreturnpathsaswellasspecialmethodsofmeasurementfortheuseofthereturnpathsincablenetworksaredescribedinEN50083-10.
