【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresandrequirementsfortheidentificationandlabellingofplastics,andproductsmadefromplastics,thataresuitableforrecoverythroughaerobiccomposting.Thefourfollowingaspectsareaddressed:a)biodegradation;b)disintegrationduringcomposting;c)negativeeffectsonthecompostingprocessandfacility;d)negativeeffectsonthequalityoftheresultingcompost,includingthepresenceofhighlevelsofregulatedmetalsandotherharmfulcomponents.Thisspecificationisintendedtoestablishtherequirementsforthelabellingofplasticproductsandmaterials,includingpackagingmadefromplastics,as"compostable"or"compostableinmunicipalandindustrialcompostingfacilities"or"biodegradableduringcomposting"(forthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,thesethreeexpressionsareconsideredtobeequivalent).Thelabellingwill,inaddition,havetoconformtoallinternational,regional,nationalorlocalregulations(e.g.EuropeanDirective94/62/EC).NOTETherecoveryofcompostableplasticsthroughcompostingcanbecarriedoutundertheconditionsfoundinwell-managedcompostingplants,wherethetemperature,watercontent,aerobicconditions,carbon/nitrogenratioandprocessingconditionsareoptimized.Suchconditionsaregenerallyobtainedinindustrialandmunicipalcompostingplants.Undertheseconditions,compostableplasticswilldisintegrateandbiodegradeatratescomparabletoyardtrimmings,kraftpaperbagsandfoodscraps.

【摘要】:IEC61850-7-410ispartoftheIEC61850series.ThispartofIEC61850specifiestheadditionalcommondataclasses,logicalnodesanddataobjectsrequiredfortheuseofIEC61850inahydropowerplant.TheLogicalNodesandDataObjectsdefinedinthispartofIEC61850belongtothefollowingfieldsofuse:?Electricalfunctions.ThisgroupincludesLNandDOusedforvariouscontrolfunctions,essentiallyrelatedtotheexcitationofthegenerator.NewLNandDOdefinedwithinthisgrouparenotspecifictohydropowerplants;theyaremoreorlessgeneralforalltypesoflargerpowerplants.?Mechanicalfunctions.Thisgroupincludesfunctionsrelatedtotheturbineandassociatedequipment.Thespecificationsofthisdocumentareintendedforhydropowerplants,modificationsmightberequiredforapplicationtoothertypesofgeneratingplants.SomemoregenericfunctionsarethoughdefinedunderLogicalNodegroupK.?Hydrologicalfunctions.Thisgroupoffunctionsincludesobjectsrelatedtowaterflow,controlandmanagementofreservoirsanddams.Althoughspecificforhydropowerplants,theLNandDOdefinedherecanalsobeusedforothertypesofutilitywatermanagementsystems.?Sensors.Apowerplantwillneedsensorsprovidingmeasurementsofotherthanelectricaldata.Withafewexceptions,suchsensorsareofgeneralnatureandnotspecificforhydropowerplants.NOTEAllLogicalNodeswithnamesnotstartingwiththeletter“H”willbeincludedinafutureedition2ofIEC61850-7-4.Whenthatdocumentispublished,theLogicalNodesinIEC61850-7-4(Edition2)willtakeprecedenceoverLogicalNodeswiththesamenameinthispartIEC61850-7-410.
