【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestwomethodsforthedeterminationoffreeformaldehyde(HCHO)inpolymerdispersions.Theprocedurehasbeenevaluatedusingacrylic,acrylonitrilebutadiene,carboxylatedstyrene-butadieneandvinylacetatepolymerdispersions.Bothtestmethodsmayalsobeapplicabletopolymerdispersionsofothercompositions.MethodAisthepreferredmethodforpolymerdispersionswithafree-formaldehydecontenthigherthan10mg/kg.MethodBisrecommendediflowerformaldehydecontentshavetobedeterminedorarbitrationanalyseshavetobecarriedout.Bothmethodsminimizechangesinfree-formaldehydeconcentrationthatcanresultfromchangesinthephysicalorchemicalpropertiesofpolymerdispersions.Therearenoknownlimitationstothesemethodswhenusedinthemannerdescribed.
