【摘要】:Thisspecificationisintendedtoprovideinformationonthepropertiesofadhesives,andthetestmethodsrequiredtoevaluateadhesivestobeusedintheproductionbondingofaluminumalloystofoamcorematerialsforthemanufactureoftacticalshelters.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstwo-partpasteadhesivesforbondingfoamcoresandwichpanels.Theadhesivemaybeusedfornewproductionordepotmaintenance.Theadhesiveshouldbesuitableforformingbondsthatcanwithstandlongtermexposuretotemperaturesfromx2212;55to71x00B0;C(x2212;67to160x00B0;F)andalsowithstandcombinationsofstress,temperature,andhumidityexpectedtobeencounteredinservice.Theadhesivesshallbeusedforbondingaluminumalloyfacingtofoamcore,inserts,internalaluminumframingmembers,andothercomponentsofafoamcoredsandwichpanel.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandardwhereonlySIunitsaregivenorwhereSIunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbyinch-poundunits;whereinch-poundunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbySIunits,theinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
